At breakfast you will enjoy half a grapefruit and coffee or tea, unsweetened, at lunch half a grapefruit and two boiled eggs and cucumber and tomato salad with herbs and lemon. For dinner you will have half a grapefruit with fish or chicken and vegetables cooked in butter. The idea behind this diet is the more grapefruit consumed, the more your appetite will decrease.
Another diet recipe is fast weight loss diet, this diet is recommended for people who want to quickly lose weight in a short period of time and with visible results from the first days. If you follow this diet recipe you will lose up to 7 pounds in 7 days. So in the morning you will be having red grapefruit juice together with lemon juice or a biscuit with oats and coffee (unsweetened). For lunch a boiled egg and a small natural yoghurt and red grapefruit juice, for dinner a slice of toast bread together with a slice of cheese and a lettuce and tomato salad with lemon (preferably unseasoned).
Very important thing that you should know is that during this diet recipes do not eat sweets or alcohol, because the diets will not have the desired effect.
